Ever heard of David and Goliath? You might think you know David the mighty warrior or David the great king or even David the simple shepherd. But do you know David as a skilled musician and worship leader? David as a prolific songwriter? David as a master architect? David still sinned big time and was far from perfect, but he knew he was wonderfully created by God and God used him in a variety of creative ways.

This year at High Rock Church’s Kids Summer Adventure, kids will look at some of the lesser-known bible stories of David as one such example of a sometimes messy but ultimately beautiful life created by God. Kids will see the glorious truth that they too are created by God’s hand, created anew in Jesus, and created for a glorious purpose.
